Real Customer Review on Jura XS90

Great Coffee Maker
Pros: really good coffee and non wasted as you make only
Cons: we had the s9 model and it leaked internally twice

Jura XS90 Makes really good coffee. very easy to operate. We had the model S9 and it leaked after the warrenty expired we sent it in and had it repaired flat rate $265. A little more than 90 days it leaked again. so we got this one.

Very nice machine
I have had an S9 and x90 in my office for 7 and 6 years, respectively. I have never had any maintenance issues with them, and they get pretty good use. I just bought and set up the Jura XS90 (wanted to take home the S9). It has many improvements to my old (and superlative) units. It gives more control and is just "tighter". While it is certainly not cheap it is a very good buy relative to to it's market.

Great for a Small Office
I researched and purchased Jura XS90 for our 20-person office, and everyone is thrilled with it--from morning coffee, afternoon espressi or lattes, to cappucino breaks--all have become a treat for our hard-working staff and visiting international customers. (They are somewhat surprised this perk is available in our town, let alone our office!) Warming rack and hot water dispenser are both nice to have. Cleaning is easy and the machine is quite intuitive to program. Love it!

Awesome!
A little pricey - yes. A little on the large side - yes. The BEST coffee/espresso ever - YES!!! Easy to use - yes.

As is usual with Amazon.com, the product was delivered promptly and in mint condition. If you love a really good cup of coffee, this is definitely the machine for you. No more daily road trips for a $4 latte.

Commercial results at home
After visiting relatives in Europe and seeing them use their DeLohnghi superautomatic, I decided it was was time to upgrade our Saeco semi automatic machine.

We use this for our home and it seemed a bit much, however, Amazon.com's price made it a value. Reviews stated the Jura XS90 produced better steamed milk and foam than other brands.

I need to clarify that the dimensions listed include a removable bean hopper, so without it, this fits nicely under my kitchen counter. It really doesn't use much more space than my old machine. Also, my grinder and the mess that goes with it are off the counter.

The Jura XS90's bean grinding is not too loud, so we can use this without fear of waking up the kids. It heats up quickly in the economy mode. I can make several drinks at a time without waiting for it to reheat. I can use the included frothing attachment and make hot lattes easily, although it may not be hot enough for some people.

The large capacity water pitcher, bean hopper and used ground basket mean I can go longer without refilling and emptying. The fact it rinses the parts inside, means I don't have to. This was another advantage over other brands.
It is nice having a clean counter without any coffee grinds and mess. I love being able to push a button and have a single or double shot of espresso. Very happy with this purchase.
